2. MetaMask & Third-Party Wallets
By connecting with MetaMask or other third-party wallets, users can engage in various transactions within Gladian. The user acknowledges and agrees that:
- a-)We do not have any control over, and are not responsible or liable for, the functionality, security, or performance of third-party wallets such as MetaMask.
- b-)Any transaction made via MetaMask or another third-party wallet is at the user's own risk. Users should ensure they are familiar with the wallet's terms and ensure their assets' security.
3. Security Breaches & Asset Loss
In the event of a security breach, Gladian is not responsible or liable for any tokens or digital assets that may be lost, stolen, or compromised. Users are solely responsible for the security of their digital assets and should take all necessary precautions to protect their assets from potential breaches.
4. Gameplay & Earnings
Players can earn in-game tokens or assets through gameplay in Gladian. However, the earning rate, token value, and any other associated details can be changed at our discretion without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to Gladian, including but not limited to graphics, designs, information, interfaces, code, and user interfaces, are owned by us, or the third parties who have licensed their rights to us. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user's access to Gladian without prior notice for violations of these terms, or for any other reason at our discretion. Users can also face temporary or permanent bans based on the severity of their actions.
7. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time at our discretion. When changes are made, we will notify our users in an appropriate manner. Continued use of Gladian after changes to the Terms & Conditions implies acceptance of those changes.
8. Token Distribution & Earnings
Earnings, rewards, and token withdraw operations within the game are subject to change and may vary based on gameplay, market conditions, and our sole discretion. Players acknowledge that the value of in-game tokens may be volatile and can decrease as well as increase.
10. In-game Behavior
Players are expected to engage in fair play and maintain a respectful attitude towards other players. Any form of cheating, exploiting, or behavior deemed harmful or disruptive can result in account suspension or termination.
11. Asset Ownership
While players can earn and trade virtual assets within the game, it's crucial to understand that these assets remain digital and don't represent any tangible or physical ownership. The use and trade of these assets are governed by the game's rules and this agreement.
12. Withdrawal & Transaction Fees
Any withdrawals, trades, or transactions made within or outside the game may be subject to fees. These fees can change without prior notice and can vary based on the transaction type and other factors.
13. Downtimes & Maintenance

Trading in-game assets on external marketplaces is at the user's own risk. We do not endorse or vouch for the security or legitimacy of third-party platforms or marketplaces.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of the game will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If such resolution is not possible, then the disputes will be referred to an agreed-upon arbitration mechanism.
